Halfway on the tour we make a stop for coffee/tea and our homemade cake/snack. (Bring your own lunch) We take a swim or a short hike. The tour is total about 12km.

Prior experience needed, good physic condition, able to swim.

Age limit 18 years, with parent 15 years.

Includes : Wetsuit, shoes & gloves, lifejacket, waterbottle, a fully equipped kayak and fika.

Minimum 4 persons.
