Recipe for Agneta's Banana Cake



 

100g butter

2.5 dl sugar

2 eggs

5 dl wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 teaspoon of bicarbonate

1 tsp ginger

2 tsp cinnamon

2-3 well-ripened bananas

1 espresso

 

Do this:

Grease and sprinkle coconut in a mold of about 1.5 liters. Stir butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, ginger & cinnamon. Mash the bananas, add them and espresso. Mix well. Bake the cake in the lower part of the oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
